Solicitud de nulidad en contra de la Sentencia C-089/20.
La memorialista adujo que la precitada providencia fue proferida en su perjuicio con fraudes documentales.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación verificó que no se satisfizo en el presente caso el presupuesto de oportunidad y, por ello, decidió RECHAZAR DE PLANO la nulidad deprecada.
La anterior decisión se adoptó con base en la jurisprudencia constitucional que establece que, activar el aparato judicial para dar trámite al incidente de nulidad cuando no se cumplen los requisitos mínimos formales implica un desgaste innecesario de la administración de justicia, contrario al principio de economía procesal y seguridad jurídica.
